MoriEl Randolph is a local Author, Song Writer/Vocalist, Play Write, and Theatrical Director.

For the past 15 years Ms. Randolph has served as youth minister, founder, and veterian volunteer for the youth development and performing arts nonprofit organization - Art for Growth, (provider of the life enhancing youth development program Teens Express, and Word to Life Productions).

As a community leader, she has taught and served youth, families, faculty and staff for decades, providing workshops to educators, childcare and human service providers on both the east and central coast.

Ms. Randolph is a certified pre-school teacher, and school age child care provider and has provided for children from infancy to school age for over thirty years.

As an author, she has published two books, and is in the process of publishing her first series of Life Skills Development Stories for Pre-schoolers.

Her current publication titled What To Do When People Get on Your Nerves is a spirited, motivational guide packed with practical advice and profound insights.

She is also the author of Feelings Come & Go, a powerful guide based on her successful community, and corporate workshop of the same title, introduced in 1999. You can still find this guide on-line in paperback and as an e-book at www.freshviewbooks.com, and other online providers.

Randolph has committed her life to teaching and inspiring true success, growth, and productivity in the youth she's served, and continues to do so as the new owner, and director of Stage Right.

Now, with over 30 years experience with youth of all ages, MoriEl has decided to settle down and focus her knowledge, dedication, and innovation to Stage Right, an exciting new resource for families throughout Prince George's and Charles County Maryland.
